We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with JobHunt Pro. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not cover subscription renewals.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@mrkp.top with your account email and order number. We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Renewal Refunds

Refunds for automatic subscription renewals are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you were unaware of a renewal or did not use the service during the renewed period, please reach out to us and we will review your request.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
